I wasn't going to rate my experience until I received two texts asking for my experience. So here's my honest feedback: I took my Jeep to receive a diagnosis on why it's experiencing a small amount of oil leakage. I received a call saying it would cost $875 to replace a LF engine mount. I knew that was about $400 too much so I decided to call other repair shops in my area. As I picked up my suv, I was charged $129 (w/tax) for a diagnosis. I was shocked but still paid. My expect for customer service is to be upfront and tell me how much it will be to find the issue before ripping me off. ** Side Note: A local competitor charged $410 less for the same repair AND only charged $25 for a diagnostic **
