My Transmission went on my car and left me stranded. It was towed in SilverCreek repair after hours. 8am the next morning Robin had called and went over everything with me and a few hours later I had a quote and they began working on my car. My car is running beautifully I’m 100% satisfied with the work they did. SilverCreek will be my go to from now on.

Robin was extremely helpful & thorough with her communication. We were Very pleased with the price. We were expecting to be billed a fortune (like most other auto shops!) but for the work and quality, we will be bringing our other vehicle here as well. I also loved that Robin was sure to ask us before doing other minor repairs that they caught while our vehicle was there. She even let us know the price of parts before ordering them! So thankful for that and this shop.

My second time having my car worked on here and again they were fast, great communication while my car was with them and costs were very reasonable too! I might add very knowledgeable and friendly office manager too! Happy to find a great reliable car mechanic again.

Amazing customer service. Great communication and they were great guiding me through the process from scheduling, drop off, how the a/c work would be done, the findings, to pick up, payment and a complimentary follow up appointment a couple weeks later to make sure the work done was successful. It was an amazing all around experience.
