I went to Silver Creek to get a second estimate on an issue that was going to cost quite a bit of money from the other repair shop set up an appointment estimate from Silver Creek, which was considerably lower and went to my appointment. Drop the car off and was pleasantly surprised to find that. Thoroughly checking out the car did not need the part and the issue was cleared up and the fee was considerably lower than I ever expected. I was able to get a last minute oil change the day after I requested it. I trust Frank to be honest and up front with his and his employees services and recommendations. I had no issues and I will return there when needed. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and helpful.
