They are terrific! They go great lengths to figure out what's wrong, if not known before, and they'll do what they can to fix it. If they can't do it, they're happy to refer to someone who can. Super friendly, and super helpful. I highly recommend!
Mechanical Repairs Done Well... The mechanics and staff at MSR are excellent. They accommodate my schedule and are always beyond cordial, have become friends. In a ticklish repair situation they are my first choice to have fix it. If they can't then they know can and will offer options to keep the costs down..
