This is one of those reviews that may not seem real, but it is. Everyone at Silvercreek including TK, Robin, Frank and the entire team are phenomenal. Have worked with Silvercreek for many years and the honesty, professionalism and quality services which are provided is always there to count on as a customer. Most recently, post diagnosis from Silvercreek, I learned that my car had a bad run-in with a hungry-to-eat-automobile wiring-rodent a groundhog suspected. To say the least, the rodent filled up. In this case, on the starter plug and other wiring feeding into the harness. Car wouldn't start and needed to be diagnosed then repaired. TK and Robin both were great to communicate with as I called to coordinate the car being towed. This allowed me to plan for being without the vehicle for a short while. Then, to my surprise, I got a message saying the car was repaired. This occurred on the same day, within hours of the car being towed to Silvercreek facility, ahead of schedule. Beyond the much-appreciated result of the car being repaired properly and so quickly, I appreciate working with people who you know you can trust, care and will do all that they can to help provide great service and help get or keep my car running at its best and as fast as possible. As I write, I am getting ready to go pick up that same car after the Silvercreek team provided oil change service. I end with two thoughts: You will be in great hands working with the Silvercreek team. Always. Secondly, watch out where you park your car. You never know who might be hungry for some tasty electrical wiring.
